Shipping & Returns

New Equipment Returns:
All manufacturer’s warranties and guarantees prevail. All items must be inspected for damages immediately upon receiving them. You must contact us if you have problems with recently received item(s) as soon as possible.

Defective merchandise within the first 14 days after purchase will be replaced by exchanging the item for an item which is the same or an item that is similar. An RMA number must be issued for all returns and indicated on the box. Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid in their original boxes and packing material. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THE CUSTOMER WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.

We will not accept returns after 14 days. If the item is defective, the manufacturer's warranty will prevail. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. The item must be returned in acceptable condition and in complete working order. This means no dents, damages, scratches or faulty functioning. We will only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Any custom fabrication or custom merchandise will not be eligible for a return. All items returned must be in their original boxes, with manuals and all packing materials. Otherwise, all sales are final and absolutely no refunds will be given.

Used Equipment Returns:
Manufacturer's warranties may not prevail due to change of ownership. All items will be inspected and tested before shipment. The customer will be told as to the condition of the materials being sold. All used equipment sales are final! Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be given for used equipment sales.

Damaged Items During Delivery:
If you receive any merchandise and the box or boxes are in any way torn, dented, punctured or noticeably damaged then you must contact Helios Electric immediately! If possible take pictures of the damage or mark the damaged areas. Shippers, carriers and Helios Electric require this to pay for damages during shipping or delivery. In the case that items were damaged Helios Electric may send out an inspector to evaluate the damage.

Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska:
Most packages will be shipped UPS ground. Items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will require a shipping quote over the phone. Orders placed to Alaska or Hawaii without a phone shipping quote will NOT be shipped.

International Shipping:
Items shipped internationally will require a shipping quote over the phone. International orders placed without a shipping quote will NOT be shipped. With international shipments the customer is responsible for paying VAT, duty fees and/or taxes imposed by customs when receiving the delivery. A Proforma invoice will be provided.
