Shipping:
All materials are available for local pickup. Texas and Oklahoma customers call for our reduced delivery services. If you plan on picking up the equipment yourself to save on shipping, most equipment will require a truck as some inverter packages can easily exceed 1000 lbs. For security and delivery confirmation purposes we will NOT ship using your own carrier. For large orders and expedited shipping call ahead for shipping quotes. We will add this quote into your online checkout process.
Solar Kits:
Solar kits do not include extra hardware and accessories needed for custom solar mounting designs. Solar kits are the responsibility of the customer. Helios Electric is not liable for improper installation or damage to equipment during the installation process. If you are not comfortable installing your own solar system feel free to contact us about our installation services. Please read and print our shipping & returns policy before placing an order.
Stock:
Helios Electric is well trained in our products and continues to grow a network of distribution channels through several manufactures to bring you the most up to date materials at the lowest prices. Our database and warehouse continue to grow according to our customer demands. Visit us often as the price of our solar panels will sometimes change daily.
Payment:
Helios Electric accepts all major credit cards, western union, certified checks, foreign drafts and bank wires. Manual credit card and other transaction fees may apply. All credit card purchases subject to approval by Helios Electric staff. New customer online orders over $3500.00 will require a certified bank check. The "Ship to" address must match the billing address unless you have the other address on file with your credit card issuing company. Money orders and checks add 2-5 business days to your shipment. For your protection we do not store credit card information in our database. Renewable energy system financing is also available. Call or email us with further questions about financing. We continue to bring you the lowest prices and best customer service in the industry!
Tax:
Sales tax will be added for items shipped to TX residents (8.25%).
Security:
Helios Electric has and will report any suspicious activity! We take our business seriously and
will not put up with internet and phone related scams. All declined credit card purchases will be reported if the customer does not get back to us within three business days. Mismatched credit card billing, CVV and phone numbers will NOT ship. All checks and bank wire transfers will be cleared before shipment. All information regarding our business can be found online. Suspicious phone requests outside of the scope of our business will be investigated. Our customers understand how we value their privacy and understand we do not tolerate unethical business behavior. We will not hesitate to notify the proper authorities.
