Business Development Associate

We are looking for commercial business development professionals that have a basic mathematical background and understand construction related trades.  Must have a desire to make a six figure salary in the first year and have a proactive personality.  This is a commission based position with incredible growth opportunity and no salary cap.  Percentage rates vary and will range depending on experience and your sales ability.  Excellent growth opportunity in renewable sales can lead you into even higher commission rates.  A two year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience required.  Multiple interviews will be required.  Contact Helios Electric by email and attach a resume.

  Develop new business accounts within a geographic territory
  Handle large accounts and projects ranging from $250,000 to $20 million
  Identify new solution opportunities to market new and existing clients
  Cold call and respond to client inquiries
  Manage the client relationship that will result in your development as a trusted adviser
  Coordinate, schedule and deliver product training and sales presentations to customers/clients
  Work with the Engineering team members to turn leads into business opportunities
  Develop and coordinate preparation of proposals with the Engineering team
  Close business project proposals and follow up after project completion
  Understand customer needs through surveys and client meetings
  Assist in general marketing activities
  Fluent in Espanol is a plus

Interns

We are looking for innovative interns to work with us on projects ranging from electric vehicle development through wind and solar power applications.  Tasks will consist of some of the following:  CAD design, circuit layout, commercial solar design, efficiency improvements, software development for a variety of applications, energy consulting, product sales and marketing as well as hands on installation and maintenance.  We invite universities to join us in our projects and give your students the opportunity to experience working on real world renewable energy solutions.

Status: Unlimited positions, no particular degree required as we have plenty of different positions we need help with although electrical, mechanical and environmental engineers will be in more demand.
